DITCH THE WALLET PAY WITH A BRACELET
As a Cornèrcard client, you have received a Tapster payment bracelet, which you can link to your Cornèrcard. It offers a simple, secure, convenient way to pay, wherever contactless payments are accepted. The bracelet uses the same payment networks and security standards as your Cornèrcard, but in a more convenient form that’s always available.
To get started, simply watch the activation video below and follow the step-by-step instructions. Activation takes just a few minutes. Once you’ve activated your bracelet, we also recommend watching the short payment guide. Common Questions
Block the wearable for payments as soon as possible. This only blocks payments on the wearable itself - your connected bank card will continue to work normally, so there’s no need to replace your card.
Yes! When you connect a payment card to your wearable a reference of the card is created, the reference has a different card number. This card number can only be used on your wearable, not online or anywhere else, which means that your wearable is protected against skimming.
Even if the card number would leak on the internet it cannot be used. The token card number is also cryptographically connected to your specific wearable and therefore cannot be used on any other wearable.
Check the following:
- Very important: Make sure you pay the correct way - see tutorial here.
- Make sure your bank card has sufficient funds.
- Make sure your wearable is activated in the Tapster app - see tutorial here.
- Try reconnecting your card to the wearable.
If payments are still declined, contact your bank for further assistance.
Yes, as long as the payment terminal supports contactless payments. Wherever you are able to TAP and pay with your physical payment card, you are able to TAP and pay with your Tapster wearable.
Yes, its waterproof (IP68).
It's very easy and takes less than 2 minutes. Please take a look at the tutorial pages further down.
Don't worry! The card details of your new payment card will automatically be transfered to your wearable from TAPSTER. You don't have to do anything!
Yes, your bank determines when a PIN is required, just like when paying with your physical card. You’ll use the same PIN connected to your card.
PIN requirements and contactless payment limits may vary depending on your bank and country.
