Using your TAPSTER is very straight forward. However, when paying with the ring it is important that you place the ring in the right position towards the terminal, like in the video below.
MANAGE YOUR WEARABLE
In the app you can rename your wearables, pause your wearables, remove your wearables, remove debit or credit card connected to the wearables and much more.
PAUSE CARD
1) Click on the wearable on which you would like to pause payments
2) Click on the card listed below the wearable
3) Click Pause card
4) Click Unpause card when you want to activate it again.
CHANGE WEARABLE NAME
1) Click on the wearable on which you would like to change name.
2) Click Edit
3) Click Change name
4) Type in the name you want and click save
REMOVE CARD
1) Click on the wearable from which you would like to remove the card
2) Click on the card listed below the wearable
3) Click Remove card
4) Enter the email listed to the wearable/account
5) Click Remove card
REMOVE WEARABLE
1) Click on the wearable that you would like to remove
2) Click Edit
3) Click Remove wearable
4) Click Remove wearable again
TAPSTER CAR KEY
This service is today only available on Tesla Model S/X (from 2021 and onwards) and Model 3/Y.
CONNECT YOUR CAR KEY
1) Enter your Tesla and access the Car menu from the touchscreen display in the dashboard
2) In the Car menu locate the "locks" section and click the plus button to initiate the process
3) Simply follow the on-screen prompts and instructions to configure your TAPSTER as a new key for your Tesla
To lock or unlock your car, simply tap the TAPSTER against the B-pillar NFC reader. If the car doesn't unlock immediately, it may have entered power-saving mode. In this case, a quick tug on the door handle will wake it up, and the TAPSTER will be easily read again.
