RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Extended Returns Policy: To accommodate the holiday season, we have extended our returns period. Any purchases made during this time can be returned until January 15th 2025. This allows you additional flexibility and peace of mind when shopping with us.
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products that are purchased on GoTapster.com.
The returned product must be unused and undamaged in its original package. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to TAPSTER Headquarters. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s payment card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Products not covered by warranty cannot be returned to TAPSTER.
These recommendations do not represent an obligation for effectively exercising the right to cancel. If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Make sure to include the correct customs declaration when returning from a non-EU country.
WARRANTY
Warranty for TAPSTER products is 2 years from date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the wearable resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the wearable and non observance of the directions provided by TAPSTER. Please save the order confirmation. This order confirmation is your warranty. For all other inquiries concerning shipment and returns, please contact us.
