WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Warranty
Warranty for TAPSTER products is 2 years from date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the accessory resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the accessory and non observance of the directions provided by TAPSTER. Please save the order confirmation. This order confirmation is your warranty. For all other inquiries concerning shipment and returns, please contact us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product back to TAPSTER.
Return and exchange policy
Extended return policy during winter: We are extending our return policy to January 14th to accommodate holiday gifting. This policy applies to all orders placed between November 21st, 11:59 PM CET, and December 25th, 11:59 PM CET. Orders placed during this period are eligible for return until January 14th, unless otherwise stated (e.g., final sale or personalised items).
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products that are purchased on GoTapster.com. You must notify us of your decision to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Please register your return through our return portal, which you can access by clicking here.
The returned product must be unused and undamaged in its original package. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to TAPSTER Headquarters. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s payment card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Products not covered by warranty cannot be returned to TAPSTER.
These recommendations do not represent an obligation for effectively exercising the right to cancel. If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Promotional Offer Disclaimer:
All promotional items are subject to availability and are offered only while supplies last. Complimentary or discounted products provided as part of a promotion must be returned in their original condition if the qualifying item is returned. If a promotional item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund amount. Promotions cannot be redeemed separately and may be subject to additional terms.
