1. Choose a Reference Object
Use one of these objects and place it next to your finger in the photo:
- A credit/debit card
- A ruler placed flat
2. Prepare Your Finger
- Place your hand on a flat surface.
- Keep your finger straight and relaxed.
- Put the reference object directly beside your finger (not above or below).
3. Lighting & Background
- Use good, even lighting (avoid shadows or reflections).
- Use a plain background (like a table or a sheet of white paper).
- Make sure the photo is clear and in focus.
4. Send the Photo to ChatGPT
When your photo is ready, open ChatGPT and upload it.Write the following message:
“Hi, can you help me find out my US ring size from this photo?”
ChatGPT will then:
- Use the reference object to measure your finger in millimeters.
- Calculate the inside circumference.
- Tell you your approximate US ring size.

1. Measure your finger
Cut a strip of paper about 5 mm wide and 10 cm long. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger and mark where it overlaps.
The length in millimeters = your finger circumference.
Match it with our conversion chart.
If you fall between two sizes, pick the smaller size.
If your knuckle is much larger than your finger base, measure both and choose the size in between.
2. Measure a ring you already own
Take a ring that fits well and measure its inside diameter. Place a ruler straight across the inside edges (mm).

Tiesiog paimkite savo liniuotę ir išmatuokite tiesiai per žiedo vidų nuo krašto iki krašto. Išmatuokite skersmenį milimetrais, o tada naudokite mūsų matavimo konversijos lentelę, kad rastumėte savo žiedo dydį.
