CHANGE CARD

You can easily update the card linked to your wearable through the TAPSTER app by following these two steps:

Remove the current card: Open the app, select your card, and tap "Remove card."

Add a new card: Click on the image of your ring, hold it against the back of your phone (where the NFC sensor is located), then select the grey card icon and follow the on-screen instructions.

TROUBLE PAYING

Technical issues with the ring are extremely rare. If you're experiencing difficulties with payments, it's usually due to the payment method rather than a problem with the ring itself.

WAITING FOR DELIVERY

We ship all orders via Postnord. While most deliveries are trackable, please note that shipments of our ring sizer kits are not.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order here.

Be sure to include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

For non-EU citizens:
